1 General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the 7u78 platform, including the 7u78 website, mobile interface, and any associated services made available to players in Bangladesh. The Terms are effective from the date displayed above and supersede all prior versions.

7u78 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 7u78 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered players. Continued use of the platform following any such update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms are written and published in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated summary or excerpt, the English version shall prevail.

References to "7u78", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our" in these Terms refer to the operating entity behind the 7u78 platform. References to "you", "the Player", or "the User" refer to any individual accessing or using the platform.

The 7u78 platform provides online casino games, live dealer games, sports betting (including cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports), and instant games. Access to specific features may vary depending on your location and account status.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and use the 7u78 platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are a genuine individual acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You do not hold an existing 7u78 account under any identity, email address, or payment method.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, or close associate of 7u78 or any of its affiliated partner studios or payment processors.
• Your use of the 7u78 platform does not violate any applicable law or regulation in the jurisdiction from which you are accessing the platform.
• You are not self-excluded from 7u78 or subject to any cooling-off period you have voluntarily requested.

7u78 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity from any player at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the time frame requested may result in suspension or permanent closure of the account. Any winnings accrued on an account found to belong to an underage player will be forfeited.

3 Account Registration

To access real-money games and sports betting on 7u78, you must register a player account. Registration requires the provision of accurate, current, and complete information. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change.

You are permitted to hold one (1) account only. If 7u78 identifies that a player holds multiple accounts — whether under different names, email addresses, or payment methods — all accounts may be suspended and any balances may be forfeited pending investigation.

• Registration information must reflect your genuine legal identity. The use of pseudonyms, false names, or fictitious addresses is prohibited.
• Your email address must be valid and accessible. 7u78 uses email as the primary channel for account communications, transaction confirmations, and security alerts.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials including your username and password. Do not share these with any third party.
• Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility. Report suspected unauthorised access to 7u78 Support immediately.
• Account registration and maintenance are free of charge. 7u78 does not levy fees for opening or holding a player account.

7u78 may, at its sole discretion, decline a registration application or suspend an existing account if it reasonably suspects that the information provided is inaccurate, that the applicant does not meet the eligibility criteria, or that registration conflicts with any applicable compliance obligation.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

The 7u78 platform operates in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All account balances, deposits, wagering activity, winnings, and withdrawals are denominated in BDT. No currency conversion fee is applied by 7u78 for players depositing and withdrawing in BDT.

The following payment methods are supported for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Additional methods may be made available from time to time and will be displayed in your account cashier section.

• Deposits: Deposits are credited to your 7u78 account promptly upon confirmed receipt. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts per transaction are displayed in the cashier at the time of deposit and may vary by payment method.
• Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed by 7u78 on a same-day or next-business-day basis subject to verification requirements. Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the cashier.
• Verification: 7u78 may require identity and payment method verification before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering measure. Delays caused by incomplete verification are not attributable to 7u78.
• Matching payment methods: Withdrawals will ordinarily be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. 7u78 reserves the right to require this matching for fraud prevention purposes.
• Declined withdrawals: 7u78 may decline or place a hold on any withdrawal request that triggers internal fraud detection, is associated with a disputed transaction, or is inconsistent with the player's typical account activity.

Players are responsible for ensuring that the payment credentials entered into the 7u78 cashier are accurate. 7u78 is not liable for funds deposited to or withdrawn from incorrectly specified accounts where the error originates from information provided by the player.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

7u78 offers various promotional incentives to players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, reload offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL), Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and other cultural occasions significant to Bangladesh players.

All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the offer. These terms take precedence over the general provisions of this section and will specify — at minimum — the following:

• Wagering requirement: The multiple of the bonus (and in some cases, the deposit) that must be wagered before the bonus balance or derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live dealer games and certain table games may contribute at a reduced rate or may not contribute at all.
• Expiry period: Bonuses that are not used or whose wagering requirements are not met within the stated validity window will be forfeited automatically.
• Maximum bet rule: While an active bonus is in play, a maximum single-bet limit may apply. Placing bets that exceed this limit during a bonus round may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Maximum withdrawable amount: Some bonuses cap the maximum amount that may be withdrawn from winnings derived from the bonus. This cap, where applicable, will be stated in the offer terms.

7u78 does not permit the systematic exploitation of bonuses through low-risk hedging strategies, collusion between multiple accounts, or any other form of bonus abuse. Where 7u78 reasonably determines that a player has engaged in such conduct, it reserves the right to void the bonus, reverse any resulting winnings, and close the account.

6 Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on the 7u78 platform — including slots, live dealer tables, crash games, and virtual sports — are provided by licensed third-party game studios. Studios supplying content to 7u78 include, among others, Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe.

Each game is governed by the specific rules published by its providing studio and displayed within the game's information panel. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each game before placing a wager. By initiating a game round, the player accepts the applicable game rules in full.

• RNG certification: All non-live games use Random Number Generator technology that has been independently tested and certified for fairness. 7u78 does not alter RTP settings on any game in the library.
• Live dealer games: Live casino games streamed from studios operated by Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and Pragmatic Play Live are governed by the rules displayed on the live table interface. Game outcomes are determined in real time and are final once the betting window has closed.
• Sports betting: All sports betting markets — including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures), football, kabaddi, and other sports — are subject to the specific market rules and settlement policies published in the Sports Betting Rules section of the platform.
• Technical malfunctions: In the event of a technical fault or disconnection mid-game, the outcome of the interrupted round may be voided and any stake refunded, at 7u78's discretion. 7u78 is not liable for losses attributable to internet connectivity failures on the player's side.
• Disputed game results: Disputes regarding individual game outcomes must be submitted to 7u78 Support within 7 days of the disputed event. Disputes submitted outside this window may not be considered.

7u78 maintains a complete log of all game rounds and transaction records. In the event of a dispute between the platform's records and the player's recollection of a game outcome, the platform's server-side records shall be definitive.

7 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the 7u78 platform, you agree to conduct yourself in a manner that is lawful, fair, and consistent with the spirit of these Terms. The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the 7u78 platform:

• Registering more than one account or registering using false identity information.
• Accessing the platform on behalf of, or for the benefit of, any third party without prior written consent from 7u78.
• Using any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with the platform, place bets, or gain an unfair advantage over other players or the house.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players or with third parties to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional offers.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, reproduce, or tamper with any part of the 7u78 platform, its software, or its underlying infrastructure.
• Conducting or facilitating money laundering or any other financial crime through the use of the 7u78 cashier or gaming features.
• Using chargebacks or disputed payment mechanisms in bad faith to reclaim deposited or wagered funds.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or discriminatory behaviour toward 7u78 support staff or other platform users.

7u78 employs a range of fraud detection, behavioural analysis, and anti-money-laundering tools to identify prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is identified, 7u78 may, without prior notice: void bets and bonuses, suspend or permanently close the account, retain balances pending investigation, and report the matter to relevant authorities where required by law.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

Players may request the voluntary closure of their 7u78 account at any time by contacting the Support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance (after deducting any pending bonus wagering requirements or unresolved disputes) will be returned to the player's registered payment method.

7u78 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision within these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to satisfy identity or age verification requests within the stipulated time frame.
• Evidence of fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited conduct as described in Section 7.
• Detection of duplicate accounts held by the same individual.
• A voluntary self-exclusion request made by the player via the Responsible Gaming tools or Support team.
• Inactivity: accounts with no login activity for a consecutive period of 12 months may be classified as inactive. 7u78 will provide notice by email before any action is taken on an inactive account.

Where an account is closed by 7u78 due to a breach of these Terms, the balance may be held pending the outcome of any internal investigation. Where the breach involves financial crime, chargebacks, or bonus fraud, balances may be forfeited in full.

Players who have self-excluded for responsible gaming reasons may not request the reopening of their account before the self-exclusion period has expired. 7u78 takes self-exclusion commitments seriously and will not re-activate accounts in this category ahead of schedule, regardless of the reason given.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the 7u78 platform that cannot be resolved through direct communication with the 7u78 Support team should be escalated in writing to the contact address on file. 7u78 will respond to all formal disputes within 14 business days.
